John Schrock has been in the party rental business for 30 years. He started as a wheelchair washer. He has worked his way up through the ranks, learning the business by his hard work. Over the years he has gained invaluable experience. He knows all aspects of special event rentals. John started working for ABC Special Events Rentals after 17 years with another leading rental company. He is now the operations manager with ABC Special Events Rentals.

In this role, John coordinates and leads his teams in providing all aspects of Party & Event Rentals. He is involved in sales, production, distribution and customer service.

John is a big believer in customer satisfaction. He works hard to ensure that everyone using ABC Special Events Rentals is getting what they need, when they need it, and will be back to use his services again. John supports training and education, so that all employees can provide the highest customer experience.

John has two daughters, both in college. He is very proud of their accomplishments and goals. His wife and love of nearly 25 years is Rene, she is also at ABC Special Events Rentals.

John likes to travel to the family "farm" in Texas, go to Lake Chelan with his friends and family, and ride his motorcycle in the warmth of a sunny day. He also has one of the most beautiful yards on the block.

Rene joined ABC Special Events in 2007. She has 30 consecutive years of experience in the party rental business. She has dealt with everything from huge corporate events to fabulous intimate weddings. Rene has a keen understanding of the latest trends in entertainment decor and a desire to give each client want they want and need.

Rene is committed to exceptional customer service. She values her clients and knows the way to insure their return business is through individual service that caters to their vision of a successful event.

She has many special interests that include crafts, travel and trying to maintain some order in her yard and gardens. Eventually Rene would be a happy camper to set up shop on the sunny shores of Lake Chelan.

Rene has two beautiful daughters, Jessica and Britta. Currently both are attending college, filling their mother with pride along the way. John Schrock is Rene’s husband of almost 25 years and the love of her life. A majority of those years they have served side by side working for the same party rental company (tip for staying married…work at opposite ends of the building).

Krista joined the ABC Special Event team in March of 2009. Although new to the team, Krista brings with her 19 years of quality customer service in the party rental-special event industry. Experience ranging from customer service support to pulling orders, servicing equipment, dispatching trucks to leading crews on large installations has given Krista the full spectrum of the special event experience with the knowledge to better service the customer.

Krista is the mother of twin boys, Drew and Evan, who are 3 years old. Being a working mom she appreciates her time with her boys. She enjoys a day at the golf course and travels as much as possible.
